How should I read these rates?

Each rate shows its weight under its name: per 10 g for gold, per kg for silver and per g for the karat cards. RTGS and Retail are two separate books with their own prices. Spot Gold, Spot Silver and USD / INR at the top are market references, not the shop’s prices.

What is included in the price?

Taxes and making charges are extra unless a row says including GST. Those figures appear only when the jeweller has configured tax. Confirm the final price with the jeweller before purchase.

What happens when the feed pauses?

The status chip at the top shows when the feed is delayed, offline or the market is closed, and the line at the foot of the page says where the figures came from. Available figures may be the last accepted rates; missing values are left unavailable.

When do the rates update?

The board checks every second. A delayed or offline status means you should confirm the rate with the shop.

What do the pairs under a price mean?

The first number is the recorded day low; the second is the day high. Market references and jeweller rates each have their own range.

Are GST and making charges included?

Only rows marked GST inclusive include configured GST. “Not applicable” means the shop has not configured tax for that row. Confirm the final bill with the shop.

How do I share the rate card?

Use Share in the header to open this jeweller’s current rate card.

Where do I find the shop’s bank details?

Open Bank Details. Every detail copies on a tap, and the page has a button to call the shop if you want to check anything before you pay.
